Grass Cycling

When you grass cycle (leave your grass clippings), you reduce the need for fertilizers as the clippings return valuable nutrients, and help your soil keep cool and retain water. You also help our environment.

If you follow the one-third rule–cutting no more than one-third of the height of the grass blade when mowing–you needn’t be concerned about thatch.
